Rates/Fees/Deposits-
Summer- Summer season is typically from the month of May until October. Rates are $135.00 per night
Winter- Winter season is typically from the month of October until May. Rates during this time are $95.00 per night.
Minimum Stay of 2 nights Required.
During holidays and special events the rates are $135.00 per night regardless of the season.
$60.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Security/damage deposit of $100.00, which is refunded after departure and upon satisfactory condition of the rental.
A Rental Agreement can be sent either by mail, or fax. No PETS or SMOKING are allowed in or on the rental premises. Check-in is 3:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00 AM, unless prior arrangements are made.
